I already did a submission for the Anime Evolution 2005 mascot contest, but I liked the pseudo Tezuka-style girl I did for it so much, I decided to do another entry that features her. I think this is the first time I used Photoshop 7 for a whole picture, inking included. I hate inking in Photoshop, so it wasn't very fun.
